Introduction

Lawrence Tallon, chief executive at the MHRA, said the UK National Commission on the Regulation of AI in Healthcare is aiming to set out a full regulatory framework by mid-2026. This reflects growing recognition that AI tools must be governed as seriously as drugs or devices.

At Medivys, we support this and prioritise safety, data security and clear standards – because AI will work best for patients when it’s properly regulated across the board.
