Anxiety/stress/depression/other psychiatric illnesses were the most reported reasons for sickness in the NHS, accounting for over 608,100 full-time equivalent days lost and 28.6% of all sickness absence in May 2025. +ministr8® unlocks an additional route to secure significant cost savings simply by reducing burnout and mental load for GPs and their practice staff.
